And then the mouse says...
As a note, since I seem to do this a lot...
I do make a lot of random people's pictures part of my 'Favorites' list; and I also like to watch people I don't technically know. My reasons behind this are as follows:
- If I +fav your picture, it's because I like it. I don't always comment on pictures I +fav because frankly, I think the fac that I liked it enough to
add it to my +fav list speaks volumes enough, but, since it obviously doesn't, and people see the need to ask me to comment instead of +faving, I'm making this journal post. -.n
- If I +watch you, and I don't know you IRL or Online, or whatever, it's because I
really like your art and I want to see more of it, want to be notified when there's a new picture, so I can gawk, and stare and go, 'OMG, I LOVE THAT' at your pictures and artwork and stuff.
So that's pretty much a heads up for things, since I tend to +fav or +watch people out of random, or such. It's not an insult! It's meant to be a compliment! There's a lot of things I won't +fav and a lot of people I won't +watch. So you kind of have to earn an +watch from me most of the time.
Also, I like to go around some nights, do a search for random pictures in a topic (like Hellsing, or Pokemon, or Vampires, ETC) and +fav pictures I view and REALLY LIKE so I can see them again. Which is where a lot of the random +faving comes from. Sometimes, I'll find an artist who has wikkid (ow, my brain hurts from using that!!) art that follows a similar theme, and I'll +watch them. So I can watch for more.
I guess I'm weird like that.
